Where do we ship?
We ship orders within Germany on weekdays via DHL Standard or DHL EXPRESS. Delivery takes 1–2 business days for Express shipping and 2–5 business days for Standard shipping. International shipping is available via DHL Express or DHL Premium. Delivery is subject to change.
Is my shipment insured?
Your order is insured until the goods are handed over.
I’m ordering from abroad—what fees apply?
None. We cover customs duties and import taxes for you.
