How can I pay?

You have the following payment options in our online store:
 
- PayPal
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
- Voucher code

For orders abroad, we currently only accept payments with PayPal. 

Payment with Paypal:

Pay quickly and securely - select the payment option at checkout and you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site where you can enter your personal login details and complete the payment. A refund in the event of a return will be made back to your PayPal account. 

Payment by credit card:

Credit card payments are processed securely by our payment partner Concardis. You will need your credit card details during the payment process. To speed up subsequent orders, you have the option of saving your data in your personal user account. The data will only be saved at your express request and only you will have access to the data. Any refunds will be made automatically to the same credit card that you used for payment. If you receive an error message during payment, this may be due to the system in individual cases.

Payment with voucher code:

If you have a voucher code, you can enter it in the field provided during the order process. Your total amount will be updated immediately after entry. If the amount of your voucher is higher than the purchase amount, the remaining amount will automatically remain active and you can enter the same code for your next purchase. Pay later. With Klarna. Available now. #getsmoooth. When you shop with us, you can also pay later. With Klarna. That means you only pay for what you like. Take a look at your order first and then decide what you want to keep.
