Returns from Germany are free for you.

Orders outside Germany must be returned to us at your own expense with a service provider of your choice. 

Items supplied in an original packaging, e.g. AESOP or BAGGU, are accepted only in undamaged original packaging.


How do I return?
1. In the package you will find a return label for shipping with UPS Express.
2. Please stick the label to the package and highlight the items sent to us with the reason.
3. Book a UPS pickup under the01806 882 663 with customer number 5x9884or give the package at oneUPS Access Point.
4. As soon as your return has arrived and has been checked, we will book the purchase amount back to the used payment method.

 
Returns reasons:
A - Not as described
B - too small
C - too big
D - fit
E - goods is damaged
F - get false items

2. To Return Your Order You Can Choose A Delivery Service of Your Choice. Please Make Sure The Returned Item (s) Are New, Unused, In Their Original Packaging and With All Designer Garment Tags Still Attached.
3. Returns That Do Not Meet Our Policy Will Not Be Accepted and Will Be Sent Back to You.
4. AS Soon AS WE Receive Your Return You Will Get A Confirmation E-mail and We Will Refund The Purchase Amount To Either Your Credit Card, PayPal Or Klarna Account.
