We ship the goods on working days within Germany via UPS Standard, UPS EXPRESS or DHL EXPRESS. The delivery time is 1-3 working days.

International shipping via UPS Standard or DHL Express is possible. Please contact us for more information or find your country at the shipping address.

Do I have to accept my package personally?

The package will be sent to your delivery address and will be handed over to any receiving person after signature.

How can I pay?

Can I exchange the items if I do not like them?

You can return all items free of charge within 14 days after delivery. The return is free of charge for you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To do so, please simply follow the instructions on the return form. You will find this in the package.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will credit the amount back to your PayPal or credit card account or cancel the invoice with Klarna.

We ask you to arrange a UPS Standard pickup for the return or drop off your shipment at a UPS Access Point.

International

You may return all items within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund of the purchase price to the account (credit card/PayPal) used to pay for the order. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose a service provider of your choice.
