How can I register with THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE?

If you do not have a customer account with us yet, you can register here register a new account. Once you have created a customer account, you are automatically registered for THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE.

If you already have a customer account, please log in with your email address and password here here. After logging in, you will be taken directly to your THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE rewards page.

Does the membership at THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE cost me anything? Registration and use is free of charge. The more points you collect, the more benefits you receive.
What are the benefits of becoming a member of THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE?

THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE is a multi-level loyalty program. For every purchase you make at Anita Hass, you will receive loyalty points that you can redeem for orders of 550€ or more.

In addition to the classic points collection, you can also enjoy attractive benefits, depending on which VIP status you are in. You can see all the benefits directly on THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE page. As soon as you are logged in, your current status and the corresponding benefits will be displayed.

ACCOUNT

I already have a customer account with Anita Hass. Do I need to create a new account with THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE to earn points? We have taken care of that for you! As a customer with an existing customer account on anitahass.com you can also register with THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE with your known login data. The 100 points you get for this step have already been credited to your account.
Where can I find information about my customer account?

You can find your order overview as well as saved addresses and the like as usual in your anitahass.com customer account.

The THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE rewards page is your direct overview of your collected points and benefits. Your customer account and the rewards page can be accessed with the same login data.

Do I receive retroactive points for purchases?

If you have made a purchase from Anita Hass before 10/6/2022, these points will not be credited to you. For all purchases made after 10/6/2022, your points will be saved.

EARN AND REDEEM

How can I earn points?

You earn points every time you shop at Anita Hass. Please make sure that you always use the same e-mail addresswith which you have registered for THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE. Points are always tied to this email address.

All other ways to collect points can be found on the rewards page. This can be, for example, following our Instagram account or referring a friend.

Can I pay and earn points with another currency?

Yes, you can also collect points if you do not pay in €. Your points will be adjusted to the € conversion value of your order.

How can I redeem my points online?

You can redeem your collected points directly on ourrewards page or in the check-out.

On the rewards page, simply click on the button "Redeem" button to see your available reward options.

If you are already within an order, you also have the option to redeem your points in the check-out from a purchase value of 550€. To do this, use the dropdown box directly above the total amount of the shopping cart. Here you can select the amount you want to apply to the order.

Can I redeem my points in the store in Hamburg?

Yes, you can redeem your points in the store in Hamburg as soon as you have collected enough points. If you wish to do so, the local staff will be happy to assist you. Please note that only one voucher can be applied per purchase.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, there is no points limit! You have the opportunity to collect points from us at any time through your orders and redeem them. However, your points expire after a current year.

RETURNS

Can I return my order if I have redeemed points?

Yes, the same return policy applies.

What happens to my points in case of a return?

If you return your purchase, the points you originally used will be refunded.

For example, if you applied a $50 discount, 500 points will be returned to your customer account.

Can points expire? Yes, your points can expire.
How long are my points valid?

Your points are valid as long as you use our loyalty program.

Your points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

 

General hints

If we ever decide to terminate the loyalty program, your points and benefits will expire along with the program.

We also reserve the right to terminate an individual's THE COLLECTIVE membership if they violate our terms and conditions , exploits it, makes excessive returns, commits fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior to manipulate the loyalty program, or for any other reason we deem necessary in our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt out of THE COLLECTIVE Program, you will forfeit any unused Rewards and any unredeemed points.

VIP STATUS QUESTIONS

How is my VIP status determined?

Your VIP status is determined by the amount you have spent in a current calendar year.

You will receive the Bronze status from an annual purchase of € 3,000

You will receive Silver status from an annual purchase of € 6,000

You will receive the Gold status from an annual purchase of 12.000 €.

Once you have reached a status, you will have access to the benefits of that status for the rest of the current year. You can always see in your customer account how to get to the next status.

How do I know which status I am currently in?

If you are logged in with your email address, you can view your current status and the associated VIP benefits on the rewards page.

How do I know that I have reached a new status?

When you have reached a new status, you will receive an email. In addition, you can view your status in your account at any time.

Can my status expire?

VIP status can expire or change. It adjusts to your purchase of the current calendar year. At the end of a current year, your VIP status will be recalculated.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Why didn't I receive points for my purchase?

Make sure you are logged into your customer account and have not accidentally ordered as a guest. If you did this by mistake, feel free to contact our Customer Serviceto have the points added afterwards.

You will not receive points if you return your purchase or the order is cancelled. Any points credited to your account will be deducted again should the order be returned.

I should have earned points for a purchase or promotion but my account balance did not change. Did I receive the points?

Yes! We want to assure you that all your points are where they should be.... In your reward account!

Please note that there may be a delay in the communication of our systems. It may take from a few minutes to several hours for the points to appear in your account.

However, if you feel that you have earned points but they do not appear in your account, you can try these steps in advance:

1. reload the page.

2. log out and then log in again.

3. check the "Points history" in your rewards account to see if the points have been added after all. In your "Rewards History" you can see the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, and any redemption of points.

If these steps did not solve the problem, you are always welcome to contact our Customer Service contact us.

I received an error message when I recruited friends through the rewards page. What went wrong?

We are very sorry about that! There are several scenarios that could have triggered the error message.

1. did you mistype the email address?

2. did you forget to separate multiple emails with commas?

To avoid another mistake, we recommend that you enter the e-mail addresses one after the other and click "Send" after each entry.

If there are still complications with the email recommendations, use your individual recommendation link to send it to your friends by other means. You can find your personal link here:

I referred several friends but did not receive any points for it. What went wrong?

Thank you for recommending us to your friends! The following criteria must be met in order for you to receive points:

1. your friend must be a new customer for you to receive the 150 points for a referral.

2. the referral must have been sent to your friend either via the rewards page or via your personal referral link.

3. your friend has made her first purchase through our website. Only then will your customer account be credited with the points.

After a successful referral, you will receive an email informing you that her friend has made a purchase using your coupon code. You can view the successful recommendation at any time in your recommendation history.

The voucher sent to your friend can be applied only once. If your friend returns the order, the voucher will expire.

BIRTHDAY BONUS

I have entered my birthday. When will I receive my reward points? You will receive your reward points on your birthday.
It was my birthday but I didn't receive my reward points?

In order to receive your reward points on your birthday, you must have added your date of birth at least 30 days in advance.

If you have not done this 30 days in advance, you will receive your reward points 30 days after registration.

FREE SHIPPING

How is my free shipping I receive from my VIP status applied?

As a VIP member, your free shipping is automatically applied in checkout - please make sure you are logged in with the correct email address.

Please note that free shipping only applies within Germany.

We have already taken care of that for you! You can log in to THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE with your usual login details.

Where can I find information about my customer account?

You can find your order overview, saved addresses and similar information as usual in your anitahass.com customer account.

Can I have several customer accounts?

Yes, this is possible. We will be happy to merge your accounts into one account for efficient points collection. In this case, please contact our customer service.

Do I receive points retroactively for purchases?

Your loyalty points are automatically credited for purchases made from 03.11.2022. 

Earn & redeem

How can I collect points?

With every purchase at Anita Hass you automatically collect loyalty points if you order with the email address with which you have registered at THE ANITA HASS COLLECTIVE. Loyalty points for guest orders cannot be assigned automatically.

The points will be credited four weeks after the date of purchase and after any discounts and returns have been deducted.

Points cannot be credited for the purchase of real jewelry or gift vouchers.

How can I redeem my points online?

You can easily redeem your available points during the checkout process. To do this, select the desired voucher amount during the checkout process, which will then be deducted.

What discounts & conditions are available?

You can convert your points into the following vouchers:

1000 points = 50 €

2000 points = 100 €

3000 points = 150 €

4000 points = 200 €

5000 points = 250 €

10.000 points = 500 €

Vouchers can be used from an order value of €350. The vouchers are not valid on x Anita Hass, genuine jewelry or gift vouchers. The vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Do I receive points retroactively for purchases?

Your loyalty points are automatically credited for purchases made from 03.11.2022. 

Can I also redeem my points in the store in Hamburg?

Yes, you can redeem your points in the store in Hamburg as soon as you have collected 1000 points. If you would like to do this, the staff on site will be happy to help you. Please note that only one voucher can be used per purchase.

How long are my points valid for?

Your points are valid for as long as you use our loyalty program.

Can collected points expire?

Yes, your points can expire. Your points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Is there an upper limit to the number of points I can collect?

No, there is no points limit! You can collect and redeem points from your orders at any time.

Can I also pay with another currency and collect points?

Yes, you can also collect points if you do not pay in €. Your points will be adjusted to the € conversion value of your order.

VIP status

How is my VIP status calculated?

Your VIP status is defined by the amount you spend in a current year after deducting discounts and returns.

If you are already a customer with us, your VIP status will be calculated at the start of our loyalty program based on your purchase value from January 2022. 

The bronze status from an annual purchase of € 3,000

The silver status from an annual purchase of € 6,000

The Gold status from an annual purchase of €12,000

Once you have achieved a status, you will have access to the benefits of that status for the rest of the current year. You can see which status you have at any time in your customer account.

How do I know which status I am currently in?

If you are logged in with your e-mail address, you can view your current status and the associated VIP benefits on the rewards page.

How do I know that I have reached a new status?

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as you have reached the next status. You can view this at any time in your customer account.

Can my status expire?

The VIP status can expire or change. It adapts to your purchase of the current year. At the end of the current year, your VIP status will be recalculated. 

VIP advantages

What does Pre Access mean?

As a Silver or Gold member, you have the chance to store our x Anita Hass collaborations before anyone else. We will inform you about this in advance by e-mail.

What does Pre Sale Invitation mean?

As a Bronze, Silver or Gold member, you will receive access to sale promotions before anyone else. We will inform you about this in advance by e-mail.

What are Double Point Days?

A Double Point Day is one day a year on which VIP customers can collect double the number of points for every euro they spend. You will be informed in advance by e-mail when the Double Point Day takes place.

Returns

Can I return my order if I have redeemed points?

Yes, the same returns policy applies.

What happens to my points in the event of a return?

If you return your purchase in full, the originally used loyalty points will be credited back to your customer account in full. In the event of a partial return, these will be offset accordingly.

Troubleshooting and rectification

Why have I not received any points for my purchase?

Make sure that you are logged in to your customer account and that you have placed the order. If you have inadvertently ordered as a guest, please contact our customer serviceto add the points to your loyalty account.


Your loyalty points will be credited four weeks after the date of purchase and deduction of any returns.

I should have collected points for a purchase or a promotion but my account balance has not changed. Have I received the points?

Yes, we would like to assure you that all your points will be credited.

The loyalty points for your purchase will be credited four weeks after the date of purchase. These will be displayed as "pending" under the menu item "History" after your purchase and thus notified. 

The points for a promotion, e.g. subscribing to our newsletter, are credited immediately after the promotion is completed.

Please note that it can take between a few minutes and several hours for points to appear in your account.

However, if you have the feeling that you have collected points but they are not being displayed, you can try these steps in advance:

1. reload the page.
2. log out and then log in again.
3. check the "Points history" in your rewards account to see if the points have already been added. In your "Rewards history" you can see the number of points collected, how and when they were collected, as well as each redemption of points.

If these steps do not solve the problem, you are welcome to contact our customer service at any time.

I received an error message when I recruited friends via the rewards page. What went wrong?

Please note the following in the event of an error message:

1.) Did you make a typing error when entering the e-mail address?

2) Did you remember to put a comma between the e-mail addresses if you want to recommend several friends?

The easiest way is to enter and send each e-mail address individually or alternatively use the referral links provided.

I have referred several friends but have not received any points for it. What went wrong?

Thank you for recommending us to your friends!

For your points to be credited, your friend must be a new customer and use your personal referral code, which she received by e-mail/link, when placing her first order. After a successful recommendation, you will be informed by e-mail and your points will be credited.

The voucher sent to your friend can only be used once. If your friend returns the order, the voucher will also expire. 

Birthday bonus

What does Refer a Friend mean?

Recommend us and give your friends a 15% discount on their first order. As a thank you for your loyalty, you will receive 500 points for every successful referral.

Please use the e-mail function on the rewards page or your personal referral link.

Free Shipping

How is my free shipping, which I receive through my VIP status, applied?

As a VIP member, your free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout - please make sure you are logged in with the correct email address.

Please note that free shipping only applies within Germany.

We also reserve the right to terminate a person's THE COLLECTIVE membership if they are in breach of our terms and conditions terms and conditions, takes advantage of the program, makes excessive returns, commits fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior to manipulate the loyalty program, or for any other reason we deem necessary in our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt out of THE COLLECTIVE program, you will lose all unused Rewards and any unredeemed points.

Why can't I recommend my girlfriend?

The referral code is reserved exclusively for new customers. If your friend is already a customer of Anita Hass, the code cannot be used.

How many friends can I recommend?

There are no limits to your loyalty! The more friends follow your recommendation, the more your points account will enjoy.

When will my points be credited?

The 500 points for your recommendation will be credited to your account after the recommended friend's first order, provided the personal recommendation code has been used.
