How do I know that my order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been successfully completed.
Can I also order by telephone?
It is not possible to order by telephone for data protection reasons. However, please contact us for further information.

Where do we deliver to?
We ship the goods on working days within Germany via DHL Standard, UPS Standard, UPS EXPRESS or DHL EXPRESS. The shipping time is 1-2 working days for express shipping and 2-5 working days for standard rates. International shipping with DHL Express is possible. Delivery is subject to change.
Is my shipment insured?
Your order is insured until the goods are handed over.
I am ordering from abroad - what charges apply?
If you place an order from a customs-duty applicable third country, duties and import taxes will not be charged at checkout. You are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes directly to the carrier upon delivery, depending on the destination country.
