How do I know that my order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been successfully completed.
Can I also order by telephone?
It is not possible to order by telephone for data protection reasons. However, please contact us for further information.

Where do we deliver to?
We ship the goods on working days within Germany via DHL Standard, UPS Standard, UPS EXPRESS or DHL EXPRESS. The shipping time is 1-2 working days for express shipping and 2-5 working days for standard rates. International shipping with DHL Express is possible. Delivery is subject to change.
Is my shipment insured?
Your order is insured until the goods are handed over.
I am ordering from abroad - what charges apply?
If you are ordering from a third country subject to customs duties, you will be charged customs duties and import charges directly at checkout. You pay these to us and we organize hassle-free shipping for you.
